Orders placed before 1PM AEST will be dispatched the same day. In the unlikely matter that your order was not dispatched it will be sent out the following day.
Please note Kindini is not liable for any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Additionally, Kindini does not assume responsibility on orders that are lost or stolen once it has been sent. In the unfortunate event that this does happen please contact us.
Some countries will charge customs & import duties. We can not provide an estimate or offer information on the exact cost. We suggest contacting your local customs office so you are aware of the exact charges that could potentially be incurred. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Kindini will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence or refund your purchase.

Kindini does not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your order we are more than happy to offer an exchange as long as the product is unworn and still has the sanitary lining and tags on it. Kindini does not offer exchanges on sale items. Items using a discount code can be exchanged. You must notify us via email within 10 days from receiving your order. Please be sure to send your order number, a picture of the item along with your query.
Return package must be shipped using a traceable method (tracking number) once we have received your shipment and everything is fine we will send your exchange out.
Customers will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping when exchanging unless it is a fault of ours. Please do not send your purchase back if you haven't contacted us via email first.
Kindini holds the right to refuse an exchange if a product is returned damaged or soiled.
In the event the item you purchased arrives damaged or is the incorrect product, send photos of the product you received to email@example.com
